These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali. In the case of any translation, the Bengali version will be considered final.
Account Registration & User Responsibilities
To create an account on hbd88, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account termination and any balance may be forfeited.
2.1 One Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. hbd88 uses technical means to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close them.
2.2 Account Security
It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details fully confidential. Giving a third party access to an account or transferring an account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify hbd88 immediately.
2.3 Updating Information
If any personal information changes, the account profile must be updated as soon as possible. hbd88 will not be responsible for delays in payment processing caused by outdated information.
Age Verification & Eligibility

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
hbd88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is received. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the specific terms of that offer.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive up to 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw bonus winnings, bets worth ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be placed.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may claim each offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless clearly stated in the offer.
- If an account is closed before wagering is completed, the bonus will be forfeited.
- hbd88 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
4.3 VIP Program
hbd88's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members enjoy up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%. Progression through VIP tiers depends on overall activity on the platform.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Betting Rules
All bets on hbd88 are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error is identified.
6.1 Bet Validity
A bet is valid only when confirmation is received from the system. In the case of bets left uncertain due to system outages or connection issues, hbd88 will make the final decision.
6.2 Erroneous Odds
hbd88 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds. If winnings have already been paid out due to incorrect odds, the correct amount will be adjusted.
6.3 Sports Betting
For all sports bets including cricket, football, and kabaddi, match results are determined by the official results of the relevant sporting body. Bets on matches that have not started or have been abandoned will be handled in accordance with the rules.
6.4 Casino Games
The outcome of all casino games is controlled by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). Both the game provider's rules and hbd88's policies apply.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbd88 platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and any balance will be forfeited.
- Betting or gaming using unauthorized software, bots, or automation tools.
- Bonus abuse (bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or circumventing bonus requirements).
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Seeking out and exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
- Creating or operating an account using false or fraudulent information.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party or running a professional betting syndicate.
- Attempting cyber attacks or DDoS attacks on the platform's infrastructure.
Limitation of Liability
hbd88 is not liable for any user losses resulting from technical outages, internet connection issues, third-party service failures, or any other cause beyond hbd88's control.
8.1 Service Availability
hbd88 strives to ensure maximum uptime, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events. If a bet is cancelled due to such an interruption, a refund may be issued at the odds in effect at the time the bet was placed.
